Protohaund Software License Agreement
Version 1.0 — 5 August 2026 The Protohaund software and its accompanying documentation (the "Software") are copyrighted by Anton Shirokov, except for third-party components identified by their own copyright or license notices. Copyright © Anton Shirokov. All rights reserved. Anyone who lawfully obtains the Software is granted permission to install, run, and use it for any purpose, subject to this Agreement. No rights are granted except the right to use the Software as expressly stated in this Agreement. Commercial use of the Software is permitted. This permission does not include any right to distribute or modify the Software. Distribution, redistribution, publication, sublicensing, sale, rental, lending, transfer, or otherwise making the Software or its copies available to third parties is prohibited. Modification, adaptation, translation, or creation of derivative works based on the Software is prohibited. The Software is licensed, not sold. Anton Shirokov retains all ownership, copyright, and other rights in the Software that are not expressly granted by this Agreement. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership or copyright to the user. The Software may include third-party components governed by their own license terms and notices. Those terms apply to the respective components and are not replaced by this Agreement. If terms conflict, the third-party license governs only the relevant third-party component. Some features of the Software may require a separate license, entitlement, activation, or authorization. This Agreement governs the right to use the Software; licenses and entitlements govern access to particular features. Possession, purchase, or activation of an entitlement does not grant any right to modify or distribute the Software. The Software is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed. No warranty is given that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anton Shirokov shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including loss of data, profit, or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
